Challenge

This project was built on top of one of the most visually established game universes in the industry, meaning every design decision had to feel native to the GTA V aesthetic while still being original and functional. The scope was wide: in-game UI, custom icon systems, mini-game concepts and graphic, a company website, and a full promotional pipeline for social networks and partners. Maintaining visual consistency across that many touchpoints, without a large team, required a tight design system and clear priorities from day one.

Approach

Handled the full visual scope independently, starting with 400+ UI/UX frames covering in-game interfaces and promotional materials. 300+ custom vector icons were designed to fit the project's visual language while staying legible at small sizes. Mini-game concepts were developed with UX logic in mind, not just visual style. In parallel, I redesigned the company website with a focus on converting visitors into clients, and built a promotional content system for social platforms and partner channels that could be produced consistently at speed.

The redesigned website drove a 25% increase in client inquiries. Promotional materials across social networks delivered a 30% boost in user engagement and 20% follower growth. In-game UI improvements contributed to a 35% increase in user satisfaction scores. The icon system and mini-game concepts shipped as reusable assets, reducing design time on future updates and giving the team a visual foundation to build on.
